DO YOU NEED A LIFE COACH?

My experience with Shelly as a life coach was exceptional! I know Shelly and her positive optimistic ways... as a life coach these personality traits remain. However, she enhances those traits with the ability to allow one to see options with life struggles via tough love, honesty, humor, patience, compassion, and various visuals to allow for clarity and produce the ultimate positive outcome for the session. She provides a gentle, yet strong hand, that lightly guides and assists the person who must come to terms with a life struggle.

I first met Shelly almost 2 decades ago.  From the moment I walked in her salon, I knew she was more than just an exceptional hair stylist. I would always leave her chair not just loving what she had done to my hair, but I felt motivated, uplifted, and optimistic.  I can't tell you how many times I have said to her "you need be a life coach”, so I was thrilled to find out, she has followed her dreams and did just that. 

 Her guidance and support have had a profound impact on my personal growth and development; her empathy, understanding and acceptance is what truly makes her stand out.  She takes the time to listen attentively, allowing me to express my thoughts and concerns without judgment.   Her ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space fostered an environment where I feel comfortable exploring my goals and aspirations.  Shelly has a warm and approachable demeanor and makes every session a joy.  Her positive energy and contagious enthusiasm create a welcoming atmosphere that motivates me to push myself and strive for greatness. Her ability to provide constructive feedback and kindness and encouragement further enhanced the coaching experience.
